Laywers
Fabio Ferraz Marques is a Brazilian solicitor, graduated at the University of São Paulo, with master and post-degree in the same Law school, with specialization on litigation law in Italy at the Università Statale di Milano, and with economics degree at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo. He is very well considered as a specialized in civil, property and real state law, family law, commercial law, contracts, and litigation.
Fábio has worked as a solicitor since he graduated in 1985, except period where he was the in-house legal counsel for the Directv LLC in Brazil.
Today his major jobs are in the contracts negotiating, family law and litigation area.
Fabio has all the attributes of a good litigator: a quick analytical mind, an ability to assimilate complex and voluminous factual detail, the capacity for meticulous preparation, an eye for the hidden point. He prides himself on being a winner on what others see as lost causes. He counts his successful achievements in not just winning cases but in limiting the losses and exposure of Defendants. He has a wealth of experience and many contented clients.

Dominic was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2015, having passed his exams in International Commercial Arbitration.
He also heads our Brazil Department to service the ever-growing needs of our clients with business interests in Brazil. He advises clients on international and domestic arbitration and debt recovery.
While in Brazil, Dominic was twice elected President of the British Chamber of Commerce’s Young Chamber. He also qualified as a Consultant in English Law under the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), and as an Arbitrator of the Mercosul Chamber of Commerce.
